Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the purchase of tickets and participation in the Academy Dental Summit - ABO US 2026. By completing your registration, you declare that you have read and fully accepted these conditions.

1. Registration and payment

• Registration is only confirmed after payment approval by the provider.
• Prices, batches and availability may change without prior notice.
• Taxes, payment method fees and currency conversion are the attendee's responsibility when applicable.

2. Vouchers and QR Code

• After payment confirmation, each attendee receives a voucher with a QR Code by email.
• The voucher is personal, non-transferable and required for check-in.
• It is the holder's responsibility to keep the email and attendee data up to date.

3. Cancellation and refund

• If the event is cancelled by the organization, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations initiated by the attendee follow the Refund Policy available on this website.
• After the deadline set in the policy, cancellations may be subject to administrative and operational fees.

4. Event changes

The organization may change the schedule, speakers, venue or format for operational, force majeure or safety reasons, without generating a right to a refund, provided the essence of the event is preserved.

5. Attendee conduct

The attendee agrees to respect the venue rules, the event staff and other attendees. The organization reserves the right to deny access or remove from the venue anyone who fails to comply with these rules.

6. Use of image

During the event, recordings and photographs may be taken for institutional communication purposes. By attending, you authorize the use of your image in these materials, with no direct commercial purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content presented at the event is protected by copyright. Recording, reproduction or redistribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's domicile is elected as the competent forum to resolve any disputes.
